Finance Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS:
Establishing management reporting processes and systems which enable Managers to understand the financial implications of decisions Ensuring the efficient running of the procurement department Ensuring accounting systems and practices are compliant with local regulation, USGAAP reporting requirements and business needs Analyze, review, and implement all financial and system controls, Roll out of procedures & controls into subsidiaries Corporate Governance, Corporate finance services including mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring Company’s research and financial modeling. Advise on Project Management This is a senior finance manager level role and first class communication skills are needed as you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the crucial finance and business related functions, controls and procedures. REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with strong understanding of financial reporting
Maturity and experience to deal with senior station management
Good interpersonal skills. Patience and diplomacy. A range of influencing skills
Can work autonomously with minimal to no supervision and with no support from junior staff (the role will have no direct junior staff support)
Languages: local language and English
